Gilbert Alvarado Jr. is originally from Houston, Texas, and relocated to Austin five years ago to further pursue his passion for serving seniors. With over 11 years of experience in the senior living industry, Gilbert brings a well-rounded background that includes marketing, admissions, business office management, and human resources.
His diverse experience and dedication to quality care have led him to his current role as Executive Director. Gilbert joined the company in May 2025 and is committed to supporting the residents, families, and staff he serves each day.
Known for his open-door policy and approachable leadership style, Gilbert is always available to listen, support, and collaborate. He is passionate about building strong relationships with residents and their families while also strengthening connections with the local community. Gilbert looks forward to continuing to grow meaningful partnerships and enhancing the experience for everyone who calls the community home.
